ENSER has undertaken the path towards the implementation, already in the first months of 2025, of a Management System for Gender Equality in accordance with the Prassi di riferimento UNI/PdR 125:2022.
With constant awareness about the society we live in (a community of persons both inside and outside ENSER), we set the target to guarantee inclusiveness and equal opportunities for all persons in ENSER, giving value to diversities and preventing any form of discrimination.
