Today, March 8th, we are glad to highlight that ENSER has obtained the certification of a Management System for Gender Equality in accordance with the “Prassi di riferimento” UNI/PdR 125:2022.
This result is an important step in our commitment towards equal opportunities, wellness at work, better inclusivity and balance in the work environment.
This target is not the final goal, but a starting point: we will continue our effort to improve and be more effective on this path.
